Week of 23 May

 Monday was a holiday here and it rained all day.  I had to run out to deliver Avon but beyond that we just stayed at home and watched TV, napped, and read.  The girls played outside a bunch and got soaking wet and cold and had a ball.  I had got the treadmill all cleared off the day before so after supper I hopped on and walked my old usual of 30 minutes.  I'll be real and say it was a struggle.  I was very sweaty and tired and I wanted to quit many times but I held out and made the whole time.  The rest of the evening we watched a few of our DVR'd shows and then I had a hot shower and took myself to bed.  I did a bit of journaling and then was off to sleep once Marshmallow calmed down and stopped investigating everything she could get to.

Tuesday was back to work and it was a busy day.  I was booked for almost the whole day into meetings and trainings and it was hectic.  I also have decided to begin a basic yoga program and got that into my day while no one was home.  It went okay and it's only 20 minutes out of my day so I grab it into my lunch break.  I also managed to get the treadmill walking in so that was good, even if it wasn't any easier to get through.  I did have a bad day with purging though.  It was such that most of what I ate was brought back up.  In the evening Hubs and I watched another show and them it was off to bed where thankfully Marshmallow was well behaved and I got a good sleep.

Wednesday I woke up with a headache.  Thankfully it went away pretty quickly but I did have to take a pill for it.  My day was not as busy as they had been and  I managed to feel like I got plenty of emails handled and filed and I felt good about it.  Late in the work day I got a call about having an interview with HR about the job I applied for so that was a nice surprise.  Now I have a few days to stew over that until it happens and hopefully I get to the next step in the process.  We then went out for supper as Hubs was feeling like a treat.  I ate too much but it was very good.  I managed to get my yoga in but I didn't get on the treadmill after that big meal.  We watched a show, I had a shower, and we were off to bed.

Thursday was a good day.  I didn't do much beyond work but I ordered myself a frozen hot chocolate and an Italian soda and it was a good thing.  I had a steady day with work but at no point did I get too overwhelmed, so that was good.  I did my yoga at lunch again and tried to use the treadmill but it keeps glitching out and I got frustrated and gave up half way through.  I then had a bath, with popcorn and some tablet time and crawled into bed to do some journaling before sleeping.
